Narayani Foundation, an Non Government Organisation, NGO, especially working in the field of World Class Education for the poors. This NGO is working not in urban areas but in rural & remote areas to cater education to those who do not have access to world class knowledge & hence education. In India eve though Government is telling that they have achieved milestones in rural education, but fact is that they didnt. Whatever they are telling, they are telling this on the basis of the figures they ahve received from different reports provided by Headmasters, Education Officers, State secretaries... etc..
But the fact is different.....
The fact is that there is no proved system of governance to keep control over the attendance of the primary teachers working on paper in rural India to provide free education to the poors. I myself have travelled through the rural areas for different times, the teachers are such that they decide themselves to attend school in day exchange basis. Suppose they are fours then one will come on monday, second will come on tuesday, another will come on wednesday....etc only one teacher remain present & maintains entire school all the day.
This is not fair.......
